The Uterine Fibroid Centre at Cochin AP-HP is one of the most active UFE centres in the Île-de-France region. We treat all fibroids in a single session via uterine artery embolization (UAE) — minimally invasive, no surgery, uterus preserved, with 80–90% efficacy on heavy bleeding and pelvic pain.
We work closely with the gynaecology department at Cochin AP-HP. All fibroid cases can be discussed jointly in a combined IR/gynaecology consultation to choose the best option — embolization, myomectomy, or hysterectomy. 100% covered by French national health insurance. No patient fees.
